Splendors of Rajasthan with exotic temple tour is a 14
Nights and 15 Days extended trip that will follow the
route map from Delhi - Bikaner - Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
- Pushkar - Jaipur - Agra - Jhansi - khajuraho - Varanasi
- Delhi. The beautiful temples of Rajasthan are a
reflection of an era that was splendorous and rich, when
with spirituality, the fine architectural talents rose
to create some magnificent piece dedicated to divinity.
Day 01-02: Arrival Delhi
Arrive at Delhi, where are representative shall be available
to escort you to the hotel for overnight stay.
Following day, early morning we shall guide you for adelhi
sightseeing tour, that will map all the major places of
old as well as New Delhi, that includes
Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chawri Bazar walk, Laxmi Narayan
temple (Birla Mandir), India Gate, President's house,
Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar. Evening visit to the Chattarpur
temple - dedicated to goddess Durga, while you can also
worship Shiva, Vishnu, Lakshmi or Ganesh in adjoining
temples. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03- 04: Delhi - Bikaner- Jaisalmer
After breakfast transfer to Railways station to board
train to Bikaner. On arrival transfer to the Hotel.
Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Early morning, depart for a sightseeing of
Bikaner City, here visit the Junagarh Fort, built in
1611 AD. Besides the Junagarh Fort palaces worth visiting
includes are Anup Mahal, Karan Mahal, and Bijai Phool
Mahal.
After lunch drive to Jaisalmer. On arrival Jaisalmer
check in to the Hotel for Overnight stay.
Day 05: Jaisalmer
Morning after breakfast proceed for the sightseeing
of the Jaisalmer city visit Nathmalji-Ki-Haveli and
Patwaon ki Haveli, three beautifully sculptured Jain
temples built between the 12th and 13th Centuries; The
Jaisalmer Fort - built on the highest point of the Tricuta
hill, Sun Gateis approached through four gateways -
Akhaiya Pol, Ganesh Pol, Suraj Pol and Hawa Pol. Late
afternoon drive to Khuri, which is about 45 Kms and
upon arrival in Khuri take camel ride in desert and
enjoy the beautiful sunset. Return to hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 06 : Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
Arrive at Jodhpur and receive warm welcome from this
spectacular city. Jodhpur is also known as the blue
city `. We will visit the Mehrangarh Fort; it was built
on a vertical hill and is among the best in India. We
will also visit the Jaswant Thada, a royal monument
built in white marble and return to the hotel
Later visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, after this also visit
the Jaswant Thada Memorial. Overnight stay will be at
the hotel.
Day 07 : Jodhpur - Pushkar
Early morning drive towards Pushkar, where there is
lot to explore, from temples to the lake and vibrant
market of authentic items to beautiful fairs. Overnight
stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08 : Pushkar - Jaipur
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. On arrival check-into
the Hotel. Leave for an excursion to Amber Fort, 11
Kms. from Jaipur. Venture back to tour Jaipur. This
afternoon you shall visit the City Palace Museum where
you can see an imposing blend of traditional Rajasthani
and Mughal Art, also visit the awe inspiring Jantar
Mantar (an accurate observatory built in 1726 AD). Also
includes a photo visit at the Hawa Mahal
Evening we shall drive to ChawkiDhani Village resort for special Rajasthani Dinner and return back to the
hotel.
Day 09 : Jaipur - Agra
Early morning proceed to Agra en-route visit to Fatehpur
Sikri (Jama Masjid, The Buland Darwaza, Palace of Jodha
Bai, Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. On arrival check
into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10 : Agra
Early morning visit Sunrise "Taj Mahal" (closed
on Friday) by the light of Sun - a poem written in white
marble, the most extravagant monument, and an epitome
of love. Later proceed to city tour covering Red Fort
and the Itmad-ud-Daula's Tomb. Overnight stay will be
at the Hotel.
Day 11 : Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho
After breakfast transfer to railway station from Agra
to Jhansi. At arrival proceed towards Khajuraho, en-route
visit Orchha, situated on the banks of the river Betwa,
visit some beautiful monuments and temples including
the spectacular Jehangir Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple, Laxminarayan
temple. Arrive at Khajuraho and check-into hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 12 : Khajuraho
Depart from the hotel early morning for a city tour
of Khajuraho and visit some exciting Eastern group of
temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple, The
Javeri Temple. the evening shall be free for leisure
activities. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 13 : Khajuraho - Varanasi
Early morning we shall check out from the hotel and
travel to Varanasi the city of lord shiva by a convenient
mode of transportation. On arrival we shall check in
to a hotel and leave for a spiritual excursion tour
of Sarnath and also visit several ancient Hindu temples
that embarks the spiritual; existence of Varanasi on
the Indian map since ages. Overnight shall be spent
at the hotel.
Day 14 : Varanasi - Delhi - By Air
Morning City tour of Varanasi, visiting the Bharat Mata
Temple with a big relief map of India in marble, Durga
Temple, Banaras Hindu University which has an Art Gallery
and the Mosque of Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb
After noon assistance and transfer to airport to connect
flight for Delhi on arrival at Delhi transfer to international
airport to board the flight to onward journey.
