Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive at the Delhi airport, where you shall be escorted
by our representatives and transfer you to the hotel.
Overnight stay will beat the hotel.
Day 2 : Delhi
The day will be dedicated to the historic walk of
the capital of India - Delhi. The heritage tour will include
visiting some magnificent monuments like the Red Fort,
Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, India Gate, Rashtrapati
Bhawan (President's House), and National Meuseum. For
shopping spurs Janpath, Canaught Place will be absolutely
ideal place. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi - Leh (flight)
We shall begin our day by departing for Leh via flight.
On arrival at the leh airport our representatives shall
escort you to the hotel. You can relax for a while in
the hotel and later stroll down to the Leh market to explore
the authentic handicraft items made of Rosewood, Thangka
paintings and especially the semi- precious stone studded
jewelry from Tibet. Later return to the hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 4 : Leh
Early morning we shall depart to capture the glimpses
of ruins of ancient castles. Later trek to Ladakh Palace
and scale a distanceto Shanti Stupa. We shall visit
to conventional Ladakh house to savor the barley beer-
chang, and tsampa with the famous butter tea. Later
visit some more famous monasteries including Spituk,
Thiksey and Phyang. We shall also visit Hemis the largest
monastery in Ladakh. Later return to the hotel for Overnight
stay.
Day 5 : Leh - Khardongla Pass - Leh (85 kms)
It's extreme fun that we can expect while leaving
for a full day excursion to Khardongla Pass, which wears
the tiara of being the highest motorable pass in the
world. The paramount view is just out of imagination
that would literally make you feel on top of the world.
Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6 : Leh - Pangong Lake
Today our journey shall begin from Leh to Pangong
Lake; a beautiful panoramic view of this place is extremely
mesmerizing lake. Pangon Lake does not have any aquatic
life but is a breeding ground for many migratory birds.
The rough terrain drive will be extremely well paid
with a surprise this place has in store for you the
blue brackish water will surely leave you speechless.
We shall drive through the third highest pass- Changla
Pass up to the Spangmik, only village on the banks of
this lake. We can camp alongside this lake for overnight
stay.
Day 7 : Leh - Sarchu (250 kms)
We shall return to Leh early morning itself and
after grabbing some rest depart for Sarchu. The jeep
safari will be along the Indus River Full day drive
to Sarchu via Upshi. We shall cross the second highest
motorable pass in world Taglangla Pass. While on our
drive we shall come across little colonies of Marmots,
Yaks & Herbs. Continue driving via Lachungla pass
and arrive Sarchu. We shall camp tonight at Sarchu.
Day 8 : Sarchu - Jispa - Manali (256 kms)
Sarchu is situated on the borderline of Jammu and
Kashmir and Himachal, we shall start our journey early
morning towards Jispa via Baralachla- la along the River
Bhaga. As we reach River Chenab we shall pay homage
to the Buddhist monasteries in Jespa, continue journey
towards Manali we shall get the opportunity to see the
Sisu fall in the Keylong Valley and Via Rohtang Pass
reach Manali. Overnight stay will be in the Hotel in
Manali.
Day 9 : Manali
Early morning our excursion to explore the famous
temple of Hadimba Devi 400 years old pagoda temple in
Manali, devoted to the wife of Bhim, one of the five
Pandava brothers from the epics of Mahabharata. Later
visit the Old Manali town; Nagar Castle & Vashist
hot springs are other places to visit. Overnight stay
will be at the hotel.
Day 10 : Manali - Shimla ( 270 kms - 7 hrs)
After a sumptuous breakfast drive towards Shimla,
the summer capital of the British during their rule in
India. The seven-hour drive will stroll you down to some
lovely hills and induce some fresh air in you as you breathe
in the aromatic surrounding. Reach Shimla and check into
the hotel for overnight stay. Utilise the evening for
leisure activities.
Day 11 : Shimla
Leave on a city excursion, visit the mall road, the
town hall, and admire the influence of British architecture
still surviving. One can even indulge in some shopping,
bird watching or just admiring the nature overnight stay
will be at the hotel.
Day 12 : Shimla - Delhi (220 kms - 7 hrs)
After breakfast, we shall drive toward Delhi. At arrival
check into the hotel, at arrival grab some rest after
such a long journey. In the evening you shall be transferred
to the airport for your onward journey.
